NEW Mini-ITX Mainboards NEX 600 Series

IPC2U Group announces new Mini-ITX Mainboards from the Taiwanese manufacturer Nexcom. The three NEX 600 series main boards utilizing Mini-ITX form-factor for vertical markets that require a small, powerful and reliable computing platform. While the high performance NEX 660 features Intel Core 2 Duo CPU and NEX 600 supports Pentium M/ Celeron M CPU, the NEX 620 is focusing in low power consumption with Geode LX800 CPU.

In addition to the benefit of its compact design and shorter time-to-market cycles, the Mini-ITX form factor surprisingly has wide selection of chassis and accessories available in the market. The main board of NEX 600 series measured only 170 mm x 170 mm in size; therefore, it is perfect for space-critical environment in vertical markets, such as Gaming, POS, and Kiosk.

NEX660	.
	The NEX 660 features IntelR Q965 GMCH chipset supporting IntelR Core 2 Duo CPU with two GbE LANs and one PCIe x16 slot for superb graphics. To support high quality display and touch-screen in Gaming and Kiosk applications, the NEX 660 series has on-board touch-screen controller chip to support 4/5/8-wired touch-screen for convenient integration.

NEX 600

Integrated with IntelR 852GM GMCH chipset, the NEX 600 supports Intel Pentium M/Celeron M CPU with 400MHz FSB for a low cost Mini-ITX solution. To fulfill the unique features required by the Gaming and POS markets, NEX 600 supports 18bit/36bit LVDS and VGA/DVI dual screen independent display plus the ability to rotate the screen image to 90°X, 180°X or 270°X to fit different types of display orientation. The on-board CompactFlash and dual GbE LAN with PXE/ Wake-on-LAN features are build-in to implement thin client applications for data and application update in Gaming, Kiosk and POS markets.

NEX 620

The energy-efficient NEX 620 offers Mini-ITX platform with Geode LX800 processor, known for low heat dissipation , which only consumes a maximum power of 3.6W (TDP) and typical power of 1.8W at 500 MHz, yet deliver great processing performance and full desktop functionality to embedded devices. With security block utilizes 128-bit AES (CBC/ECB) algorithm, the NEX 620 is designed to protect your valuable information by encrypting data against security breach from hackers.
