M2M-720-A - Intelligent Remote Maintenance Device Server!

M2M-720-A was developed for remote maintenance and serial-to-ethernet application especially in difficult environments like industry or outdoors. In M2M-720-A two major techniques on networking technologies are integrated: “Pair connection” and “Voice streaming”. By pair connection two serial devices can communicate with each other over Ethernet. Voice streaming provides users with the possibility to talk in real time over Ethernet. By TCP/IP and server/client architecture M2M-720-A provides the suitable solution for manufactures as well for their customers. M2M-720-A is suitable for harsh environments , such as in factories or outdoors.

By M2M-720-A users can immediately give real time feedback to the manufacturer if there are some problems with their devices. So manufactures can remotely diagnose, reprogram and update devices. M2M-720-A can contribute to reduce the maintenance cost. Beside that M2M-720-A supports the Virtual COM technology in order to make COM ports more efficient. By this technology remote maintenance or device monitoring can be accomplished.
