ECN-381B - the variable and powerful Embedded System for Digital Signage!

ECN-381B is a high-powered embedded system offering special advantages in the Bereich Digital Signage area. The ECN-381B is based on the GM45 chipset, that supports for the VGA + HDMI Dual Display.  The embedded system supports furthermore for 1080i/p Full HD with HDCP for large size panels as well as Blu-Ray. Also the ECN-381B provides the high quality MPEG-2 decoding as well as WMV9 (VC-1), H.264 (AVC) and DirectX 10.

This all makes the ECN-381B an excellent system for Digital Signage, especially for high resolution pictures.  The special feature is that the system combines the Intel Core 2 Duo 2.26GHz 3MB L2 cache processor with fanless design. This allows high performance with low failary rate and less mainainance. There are only few such systems in the market!

The Intel Celeron M 2.0GHz 1MB L2 cache can be installed alternatively to the Intel Core 2 Duo 2.26GHz 3MB L2 Cache processor.

The ECN-381B offers various interfaces: 2x Gbit LAN, 4x USB and 3x RS232. Also the system can be upgraded with WiFi, that can be connected by PCIe-slot. Thus this embedded system can be easely integrated in different applications and provides high functionality. There are  diverse data storage options like 2.5" SATA Drive Bay, CF Karte or SATA DOM.  System variability also shows itself in several mounting options - there are VESA-Montage, Wand-Montage oder Desktop-Variante.
